Visitor Centre: Crafts

There is a selection of art and craft by local makers on display, and for sale, in the Visitor Centre.

Pastel paintings by Claire McGinley depict the fen landscape in vivid colours
Basketry, practical and decorative, by Nadine Anderson. Willow and rush baskets and mats of all sizes and shapes, based on traditional designs. The rush is all harvested at Wicken Fen, with Nadine's fun rush frogs a popular line!
Watercolour and Ink paintings of Wicken Fen and other fenland landscapes by Cambridge artist Cathy Parker
Silver jewellery by Yvonne Barnett, necklaces and earrings depicting birds, dragonflies, and other fauna
Ceramics by Bob Race
Wood-turned bowls are also available: bog oak bowls currently in stock.
