Wicken Fen - the making of a wetland nature reserve. This 300 page book details the first 100 years of Wicken Fen as a National Trust Reserve. It contains chapters on habitats, historical ecology, wildlife and management.

The volume has been edited by Dr. Laurie Friday - Chair of the Local Management Committee and contains contributions from Norman Moore, Terry Rowell, Max Walters, Nick Davies, Sarah Corbett, Jack Dempster, Michael Lock, Chris Preston, James Cadbury and John Harvey.

It was runner up in the Wildlife Trusts BP Book of the Year Award in 1998.
